Return Policy

Items must be returned within **14 days of receipt** in original, unopened packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unauthorized returned packages will be refused and sent back to the sender at the customer's expense.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

Log in to your account and visit [My Returns](/account/returns). Select the delivered order, describe the item and reason, and submit your request. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions by email. **Do not ship items back without an approved RMA number.**

Restocking Fee

Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

All damaged or defective items must be reported within **3 days of receiving the shipment**. Claims submitted after three days will not be accepted. No exceptions. Please email photos to cs@yesanime.net and reference your order number.

Wholesale (B2B) Returns

Wholesale return requests are handled by our logistics team. Upon approval, our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a freight pickup. Do not ship wholesale items without confirmation.

Final Sale

All sales are final after 14 days of receipt. No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be processed outside this window. No exceptions.

Returned Checks

There is a $25.00 charge for any returned checks.
